Founded in 2012 by Jennifer Browning, J. Browning Design has rapidly grown from a passion project into a leading name in interior design and residential construction in St. Petersburg and South Tampa. Jennifer’s diverse background, including a BS from The Ohio University and a Juris Doctor degree from Capital University Law School, laid a strong foundation for her business insights and client relations skills.

Jennifer’s journey into the world of design began as a personal investment venture, where she and her father acquired, developed, and sold single-family homes. In 2012, she transitioned her side hustle into a full-time profession, establishing J. Browning Design. Initially focusing on interior design, Jennifer’s role quickly evolved to encompass residential general contracting, leading large renovations and new construction projects.
