Jennifer Browning, JD, GC

Jennifer Browning opened JBrowning Designs in 2012.  Jennifer earned a BS from The Ohio University and her Juris Doctor degree from Capital University Law School.  Early in her career she practiced at both a boutique firm and a large worldwide law firm where she honed her client relations skills.  Eventually she went on to hold senior-level leadership positions as a corporate attorney with Fortune 500 companies where she gained experience leading and managing large teams, answering to CEOs and corporate boards, and having oversight over multi-million dollar budgets.  During that journey, she and her father acquired, developed and sold a portfolio of single family homes as a personal investment business venture.

In 2012, Jennifer turned her side hustle into a full-time profession when she started JBrowning Designs as an interior design business.  As she began overseeing large renovations, the role quickly morphed into a residential general contractor (GC) role.

Jennifer has led numerous high end renovations and new construction projects in St. Petersburg and South Tampa. As a GC, she designed many of those homes that she has built, and her philosophy is that elegant, functional and livable homes are driven by great design.   Her focus on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in every aspect of the building process is why she aligns herself with tradesmen and subcontractors who produce outstanding products and never cut corners.
